1. Cancellation by User

• You may request cancellation within 3 days of registration and before accessing any course content or sessions.
• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

• Training materials have been accessed or sessions attended.
• The request is made after 3 days of enrollment.
• Payment was part of a promotional bundle or limited-time offer.

3. Cancellation by Conch Eduvia

In rare cases where we cancel a program due to internal reasons:

• A full refund will be processed.
• Users will be notified via email or phone.
